Gate House crag lies on a hillside on Dallow Moor. Park at Harper Hill on the Pateley Bridge to Kirby Malzeard road and follow the track opposite the farm. Taking the right fork after forty yards and then the left fork after another two hundred yards. Keep to the track until it ends. Drop down to the beck and cross it and head up to the rocks.

The climbing is very esoteric on heavily weathered moorland gritstone, which has lots of good but sandy holds. The problems recorded are the best and most obvious but there is plenty more to climb at a very easy level. A good venue for beginners or people wanting to enjoy esoteric climbing.
